Welcome to Rounds with Leadership, a forum for 91制片厂’s Board Chair and President/CEO to offer commentary on issues and trends impacting academic nursing.

The year 2023 has been one of great opportunity and achievement for academic nursing.

As a community of leaders, we worked together to address a wide spectrum of concerns ranging from workforce shortages, faculty vacancies, changing student expectations, and threats to our well-being. Despite all the challenges, we came together as a community united in purpose, fueled by passion, and engaged as partners committed to shaping the future of nursing education.

AACNcelebrates our collective success this year, and we pledge to be your partner on the important work ahead in 2024. On behalf of the AACNBoard of Directors and staff, we wish you joy and peace this holiday season and a happy New Year.
