TheÌýpresents an opportunity to showcase multidisciplinary efforts to impact community health. This award is presented to a team of health-professional school-based collaborators who have innovatively addressed a public health issue while making a lasting impact on the community’s health. In addition to including team members representing multiple professions, the proposed project should aim to establish a relationship between interprofessional practice and outcomes (community practice, public health education, and/or research).ÌýÌýandÌýÌýby February 3.

AACNis pleased to announce that a new cohort of nursing faculty leadersÌýfrom across the nation have completed 91ÖÆƬ³§â€™s , ELAN is part of the association'sÌýleadership development portfolio, , and is specifically designed for aspiring deans and senior faculty in leadership roles.

Now in its fourth program cycle, ELAN has created a new pathway for over 170 nursing faculty leaders to enhance their leadership skills. Participating faculty received an assessment of their current leadership style and learned valuable skills to accomplish identified goals.

Representing a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and skills, 91ÖÆƬ³§'s
ELAN fellows have developed the necessary tools to be leaders in academic nursing. Ìý

Exciting News! The application cycle for ELAN's fifthÌýcohort is open.
Faculty interested in participating in ELAN are invited to apply. The program, referred to as "a life changing experience" by a past attendee, provides a focused assessment experience, a range of content and exercises related to successful executive leadership, and the opportunity to establish a peer network that fosters long-term partnerships and collegial support.
