Transforming curricula with a priority towards preparing graduates who are competent, predictable, resilient, and lead with a social justice lens is essential. This presentation will focus on utilizing a faculty-led model to navigate needed curricular revisions using an effective structure, process, and outcomes framework. Mapping to the new Essentials will be reviewed, and next steps in the revisions process will be detailed. Strategies to adapt to CBE, winning approaches to stakeholder engagement, and faculty development will be addressed.
